Duane Benjamin, Musical Director of Mammoth JazzFest is an accomplished Musician, Orchestrator, Arranger, and Educator, who plays Trombone and Electric Bass. He has made a successful living in the music industry for over 40 years. Ben-jamin as he is affectionately known, has performed and recorded with the top industry legends. Count Basie Orchestra, The Gerald Wilson Orchestra, The Clayton – Hamilton Orchestra, The Paul Mc Donald Big Band and Stanley Clark — to name but a few in the Jazz World.

Mel has been a professional singer for the past twenty years. You’ve heard her voice on commercials and voice-overs. Perhaps you’ve seen her singing at Disneyland or as the official jazz vocalist for Disneyland’s private venue “Club33”. Mel has been a background vocalist for many artists including Michael Bublé. Her most recent work for Michael Bublé included backgrounds for his hit single “I Believe in You”. 

Michael has performed with Michael Buble, Judith Hill, Kirk Franklin, Roz Ryan, Yolanda Adams, Eden Espinosa and Peaches and Herb. As well as performing with artists on TV— "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno, MTV's "The Cut," The WB "Popstars," BET's "Sunday Best" (Season 4 top 10 finalist) and General Hospital's "Night Shift" with Billie D. Williams. He has also toured with Josh Groban and The Alley Cats and performed in many stage shows for Disney and Universal.
